Introduction and Acceptance

• Debit/Credit Cards and Mobile Wallets — where applicable and supported

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits — where someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is used to fund your 789 Game account — are not permitted under any circumstances. Where this is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and may vary depending on the payment method used. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit. 789 Game does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges separately.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 789 Game are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. To submit a withdrawal request:

• Your account must be verified and in good standing.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for your chosen method.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully completed before a withdrawal can be processed from those funds.
• The withdrawal destination must match the payment details used for your original deposit where applicable.

Processing Times

Standard PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in your account. Processing speeds may vary depending on your VIP tier — Gold, Platinum and Diamond members benefit from prioritised withdrawal queues. Withdrawals to bank accounts via Raast or direct bank transfer may take slightly longer depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Limits

Per-transaction and daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply and are outlined within your account. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased withdrawal limits. 789 Game reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts before processing.

Declined Withdrawals

A withdrawal may be declined or delayed if verification requirements are outstanding, if bonus wagering conditions have not been met, if the account is under review, or if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, the support team will communicate the reason and required steps.

Bonuses and Promotions

789 Game may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins or other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonuses must be used within any specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Activity

Players are expected to use 789 Game fairly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to play games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or glitches in the platform. Any wins arising from an identified software error may be declared void.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or providing false financial information.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud or criminal activity using the 789 Game platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or the support team.
• Attempting to access another player's account or the platform's backend infrastructure.

Gameplay, Results and Disputes

All games on 789 Game — including Slots, Fish Games, Live Casino and Bingo — are governed by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics that determine outcomes. These systems are designed to ensure fair and unpredictable results for every player.

Game Results

The result recorded in the 789 Game system is considered final. In the event of a discrepancy between what appears on your device and the server-side result, the server record will prevail. Technical malfunctions — including connectivity drops, device issues or power outages — do not entitle a player to compensation for bets that were in progress at the time.

Disputes

If you believe a game result was incorrectly processed, you should contact the support team within 14 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. The support team will investigate and provide a response based on the server-side game logs. 789 Game's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary terms that apply to specific promotions or products.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal behaviour.
• Providing false registration information or identity documents.
• Failure to complete verification within a required timeframe.
• Abusive behaviour toward the support team or other players.
• Operating more than one account.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified PKR payment method after identity confirmation.

Governing Terms and Contact

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and 789 Game regarding use of the platform. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full.
